B) Participating businesses in campaigns
If you redeem a perk at a participating business, we may share information needed to support redemption validation, reporting, and follow-up.By default, this may include: name (if provided), email (if provided), redemption date/time, and the perk redeemed.Phone numbers: we will share your phone number with a participating business only if you explicitly opt in, or where otherwise permitted by law based on the specific context and disclosures.
C) Sponsors and promotional partners
Sponsors do not receive raw lists of entrants, voters, or purchasers by default. In some campaigns we may offer you an opportunity to opt in to receive communications from a sponsor (for example, by claiming a sponsor offer). If you opt in, we may share your contact information and relevant campaign context with that sponsor.
D) Legal, safety, and business transfers
