Denver Cocktails Giveaway — Official Rules

1) Sponsor and Administrator  The Denver Cocktails Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by The Shortlist LLC, 1476 Yates Street, Denver, CO 80204  ("Sponsor").
 2) Eligibility  Open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, and their  immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
 3) Sweepstakes Period  The Sweepstakes begins on February 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM MT and ends on March 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM MT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer  is the official time-keeping device.
 4) How to Enter  During the Sweepstakes Period, submit a valid entry through Sponsor's giveaway portal at https://www.shortlist.fyi/cocktails-giveaway (the  "Portal"). A valid entry requires completing all required fields and submitting the form as instructed. Limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsor  may disqualify anyone who attempts multiple entries or tampers with the entry process.
 5) Prizes  Prize A: Denver Cocktails Gift Card Bundle (1 winner) — $500 in gift cards to participating Denver cocktail bars.  Prize B: Denver Cocktails Pass (10 winners) — One (1) Denver Cocktails Pass each.
 Total prizes: eleven (11).
 Approximate Retail Value (ARV):  - Gift Card Prize: $500  - Cocktails Pass (each): $30  - Total ARV: $800
 Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution except at Sponsor's discretion with a prize of comparable or greater value if any advertised prize  becomes unavailable.
 6) Winner Selection and Odds  Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on March 5,  2026 at 6:00 PM MT. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 7) Winner Notification  Potential winners will be notified by email. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or inability   to accept forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
 8) Delivery of Prizes  Prizes will be delivered by email or mail after winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable mail, incorrect addresses, or  delivery issues outside Sponsor's control.
 9) Taxes  Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and reporting obligations. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required  by law.
 10) Publicity  Except where prohibited, entry constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of entrant's name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes in any  media without further payment.
 11) General Conditions  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the Sweepstakes, or acts in a disruptive or abusive  manner. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond Sponsor's control impair its  integrity.
